The KOHLER® brand sets a high standard for creativity. Crafting content, especially for major marketing initiatives like national TV spots, requires not only experience but exceptional communication and leadership skills. I played a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional creative teams and external production partners throughout the post-production phase of national TV spot production.
As a Senior Brand Manager, I assumed leadership over the entire post-production journey, from the inception of the editing process to the ultimate delivery of broadcast-ready TV spots. Ensuring impeccable quality was non-negotiable, and my role entailed an exacting review and approval process for edited content to guarantee its alignment with our brand's guidelines, messaging, and creative vision.
My collaborative leadership style fostered a productive working environment among our creative teams, external production partners, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone in alignment on brand goals and positioning. To ensure on time deliver, I managed production schedules and providing valuable feedback to editors, guiding revisions as needed to meet our creative goals. In the face of challenges, I maintained a track-record of keeping the project on track and within scope.

In response to the challenges faced by individuals with limited mobility, Kohler’s National TV ads showcase their Walk-In Bath, a product designed for accessibility and independence. These ads provide a direct response channel for engaging the target audience, emphasizing safety and improved quality of life. What sets these ads apart is their regular renewal and updates, featuring enticing promotional offers to enhance their appeal.
As the leader in the post-production process, my role was pivotal in ensuring that each ad adhered to best practices. This encompassed everything from compelling offers and engaging graphics to impactful messaging, visual demonstrations, and memorable URLs. My cross-functional collaboration was instrumental in bringing these elements together, resulting in effective ads that resonated with viewers and inspired action.
LuxStone Shower.
LuxStone Shower's TV ads were thoughtfully designed for those who appreciated top-tier shower products and a seamless experience. I played a key role in championing best practices in creative and branding for the LuxStone brand. This included a commitment to diversity and inclusion, strategically showcasing product demos, and crafting compelling offers.
Each month, I oversaw the creation of numerous fresh versions of these ads, tailored for markets across the nation, with an unwavering focus on delivering the exceptional KOHLER® LuxStone experience. Our goal was to ensure that every message resonated with impeccable quality and left a lasting impression.
